I downloaded and installed the program successfully. When I opened it there is a message saying "A moment please" that remains blocking on screen. I have a Samsung netbook with Windows 7. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to BEETmobile. If you can't find the application in the Allowed programs and features window, press the Allow another program button, navigate to the installation directory, select the executable file and press Add. Also, make sure that your security program doesn't block the connection.
If the problem persists, upgrade the program to the latest version. Click the Windows icon below Free Download button, save the file to your computer and install it following the provided instructions. If you have issues configuring the software, check the guide provided by the developer.
